It's those tragic moments like those from yesterdays devastating tornado in Oklahoma that urge us to ask, "Where is the beauty in such tragedy?". It's often hard to see at first, it's those first moments that are the most difficult, the hardest to view anything but misery. However, if you take a step back and really look from a different angle you'll undoubtedly find beauty. Many websites, magazines have posted articles and photographs depicting the very thing I'm speaking of. They are spotlighting the love all around Oklahoma. Whether it's the rescuer carrying an elderly woman to an ambulance, or a volunteer reuniting a pet to his family, those are the moments that are beautiful. It doesn't always have to be "typical" beauty like a butterfly or flower. Beauty can happen anywhere, even in the most difficult circumstances. Often after situations such as this we see so much love and appreciation for each other, and that is in itself, beautiful.
